Senior Digital Marketing Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital transformation and drive measurable business growth — including significant increases in inbound leads, pipeline contribution, and online subscriptions. Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, this is a high-impact, high-visibility role for a creative, analytically rigorous marketer who can both set strategy and execute with precision. The ideal candidate brings deep B2B digital marketing expertise, a transformational mindset, and hands-on fluency with how AI and large language models (LLMs) are reshaping modern marketing.
Responsibilities
• Own and grow our digital presence across all channels — SEO/GEO, paid search (SEM/Google Ads), display, paid social, content syndication, and emerging channels — with a clear focus on B2B pipeline generation.
• Lead the evolution of our SEO strategy to include Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), ensuring our brand is well-represented in LLM-generated responses and AI-powered search experiences (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, etc.).
• Develop and execute demand generation programs precisely targeted to RANE's Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), including firmographic and behavioral segmentation.
• Redesign and optimize the website to improve user routing, conversion pathways, and top-of-funnel lead capture — applying CRO best practices and UX principles.
• Build and maintain a full-funnel reporting framework that tracks leads from source through to close, providing clear attribution and ROI visibility across channels.
• Systematically leverage AI and LLM-powered tools — for content creation, audience research, campaign optimization, personalization, and workflow automation — to multiply marketing effectiveness and efficiency.
• Drive a culture of experimentation: routinely generate hypotheses, design A/B and multivariate tests, and apply learnings to continuously improve conversion rates and digital ROI.
• Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align digital programs with revenue goals and customer insights.
Experience
• 6–9 years of B2B digital marketing experience, with a demonstrated track record of pipeline impact and revenue contribution.
• Proven expertise across the full digital marketing stack: SEO/GEO, SEM, programmatic advertising, paid social, marketing automation, and CRO.
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce) and web analytics tools (GA4, Looker, or equivalent).
• Direct experience using AI/LLM tools in a marketing context — including prompt engineering, AI-assisted content workflows, and evaluating emerging AI-native marketing platforms.
• Experience with ICP-driven segmentation in a B2B environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field required; MBA a plus.
Qualifications
• Transformational thinker: Can envision and build a best-in-class digital program, not just maintain one — with the creativity to differentiate and the rigor to deliver.
• AI-forward: Genuinely fluent in how LLMs and generative AI are reshaping search, content, buyer behavior, and marketing operations — and proactively applies this knowledge.
• Analytically strong: Comfortable with complex, multi-touch attribution data; able to translate insights into clear strategic and tactical recommendations.
• Execution-oriented: Balances strategic thinking with a "get things done" approach — equally comfortable presenting to the CMO and deploying a campaign.
• Collaborative and influential: Skilled at working across business units and aligning stakeholders without direct authority.
• Curious and customer-obsessed: Deeply interested in understanding target audiences, buyer journeys, and the factors that drive B2B purchase decisions.
• Organized and adaptable: Strong project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
• Strong communicator: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills — able to convey complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Location
• This is a remote role with no mandatory office reporting.
Annual Salary Range
• $115,000.00 - $125,000.00
