We are looking for a new business Account Executive to join our growing team.  The AE will be responsible for selling our risk intelligence and monitoring software platform as well as consulting services to CXO’s at F1000 organizations. You would be joining a small sales team, reporting directly to the CEO, so you can accelerate your career growth if you do well.

Job Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop and close a pipeline through traditional consultative sales activities (prospecting, discovery calls, demos, proposal reviews, and closing)
  • Implement a consultative sales approach where you learn about your client’s challenges and propose ways of alleviating these challenges with relevant solutions.
  • Manage sales cycles with various decision makers at large corporations, law firms, and financial services firms while ensuring you are maximizing deal size across these organizations.
  • Be prepared for weekly pipeline reviews and accurately forecast your quarterly revenue numbers
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets established by the sales leadership team.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years of quota carrying new business Saas sales experience
  • Experience selling regulatory risk related technology or information solutions to large corporates, law firms, and financial firms is preferred

Product Manager - Risk Intel Platform

Our community-based solutions include actionable intelligence on relevant threats, tools to efficiently screen and analyze issues, and support to help respond, manage, and mitigate risk. RANE is looking for a seasoned and technology-oriented Product Manager to own and drive our flagship Risk Intelligence Platform and shape the future of a high growth organization. The Product Manager, Risk Intelligence is a high profile position that blends subject matter expertise and product capability enhancements with sales support, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction through proactive client outreach and promotion. You will help shape, grow and expose our industry-leading content and tools by developing feedback and recommendations which anticipate market trends and customer needs and are reflected effectively in product features and capabilities. This involves frequent contact across all stakeholders, requires frequent and strong liaison on business requirements and support and definition of product strategy to meet client and market demands. 

You will work closely with Sales, Technology, Marketing, and internal and external customers while building out a customer-focused Risk Intelligence information platform, and working on next-generation multi-cloud platform capabilities including data, streaming, search, and machine learning. You will use your understanding of the data platforms, analytics and big data ecosystem to synthesize ideas that improve the Risk Intelligence offering. Your cross-team collaboration skills will enable those improvements to be conceptualized and delivered to drive meaningful and impactful business outcomes. 

You will work in the Cyber, Safety & Security, Geopolitical and Legal/Regulatory/Compliance sectors; empathy for the needs of these customers’ information needs is vital, and a work history that includes some time in these areas, along with some marketing and software development experience is likely a plus. Ideally, you have experience running customer advisory boards. You will merge attention to technical detail with the ability to understand and align to business imperatives while working hand-in-glove with cross-functional execution teams to drive customer insights and inputs directly into the development process. 

Responsibilities 

As with any fast-growing company, day-to-day responsibilities will span the entire product management lifecycle and include deep interaction with customers, sales, and engineering. 

• Own the "whole" product experience 

• Engage with customers, develop insights into what is possible, and uncover unarticulated customer needs to drive customer success 

• Build product roadmap based on customers needs, market and technology trends 

• Define product specs, user stories, mockups and acceptance criteria in collaboration with engineering or independently

• Interact and collaborate with client relations, sales and marketing teams, to understand customer issues and drive business outcomes 

• Collaborate with development and other product teams to plan, drive and execute product releases cycles. ● Collaborate with marketing to support creation of customer driven messaging and content 

Requirements 

• 5-10 years of experience in product management 

• Experience as a Product Manager building data platform/services/products focused on large scale data and analytics processing, visualization with high availability, performance and scalability 

• Familiarity with cloud data services, batch/stream data processing and metadata management ● Strong sense of customer empathy to care deeply about customer problems and user experience ● Strong analytical skills and data-driven product decision-making mindset 

• Collaborative team player, with strong communication skills, including the ability to translate complex technical products and features into simple concepts and presentations

Product Platform Manager

We provide  actionable threat intelligence on geopolitical, physical safety/security, cybersecurity and legal/regulatory/compliance risks via information, screening and analytical tools, and expert support to help respond, manage, and mitigate risk.

RANE is looking for a proactive, hands-on technology-oriented Product Manager to own and drive our underlying product platform. The Product Manager, Common Platform is a high profile position. This person will be responsible for all the underlying specification, delivery and management of all components of RANE’s technology platform which will drive all of our products. He/she/they will coordinate and work closely with each of the customer proposition managers who are responsible for their respective customer-facing products which help identify and address geopolitical, physical safety and security, cybersecurity and legal/regulatory/compliance risks. The role involves frequent contact and close collaboration across other key stakeholders such as software development, product design, data operations, and customer support.

You will work on next-generation multi-cloud platform capabilities including data, streaming, search, and machine learning. You will use your understanding of the data platforms, analytics and big data ecosystem to synthesize ideas that improve the sourcing, ingestion, storage, retrieval, dissemination, analysis and visualization of the various customer facing offerings.

The role will be a technical product manager role. You will ideally have managed technology infrastructure delivery - perhaps with software development experience or technical project management, but have now progressed into product management. You should be well versed in incorporating the latest SaaS technologies, perhaps at other enterprise information services companies. Very importantly, you should not be afraid to get into the detail of tech specs, troubleshooting, and be highly proactive and responsive since this is not just a “thinker” role, it is a heavily “doer” focused  role.
